Measuring crankshafts
The device is mainly used to obtain accurate crankshaft measurements, which are further used in the creation of programs for CNC grinding machines. The measuring system captures geometric parameters and allows their easy transfer to the technological process.
Camshaft measurement
For camshafts, our equipment focuses on measuring the shape of individual cams. The data obtained is then transferred to the CNC grinding machine, where it serves as the basis for precise machining of the cams during repairs.

Own remote control with handwheel
For the purpose of operating the measuring equipment, we have also designed and manufactured our own remote control with handwheel, which greatly simplifies operation and increases the ergonomics of work. This control is designed as a universal element - it can also be used for other types of machine tools, and can be modified to meet customer needs.
Measurement with the new 3D touch probe
Measuring precision and the ability to sense complex profiles is ensured by a 3D touch probe that enables fine and reliable sensing of the shaft surface, for which our new system has been adapted.
