Submit a request to withdraw from the contract

You can use this form to submit an electronic request to withdraw from a contract for an order placed on our online shop. Please first search for your order using the order number and email address. You can use your registration email, billing email or the email address provided for delivery. If it is possible to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract electronically for that order, in the next step you can choose whether you wish to withdraw from the entire order or only from selected products.

You do not need to state a reason for cancellation. However, if you do provide one voluntarily, it will help us improve our products and services. Once you have submitted the form, we will confirm receipt of your request by email. We will then assess your withdrawal manually, taking into account the delivery date of the order, the nature of the goods and any statutory exceptions.
